Endoscopic Brow Lift

Cosmetic surgery for men is much more common and accepted than in the past. While many associate the physical signs of aging with wisdom and experience, the sagging and lines which form can make a man look much older than he really is. Youth is often equated with exuberance and confidence, especially in the professional world. Various cosmetic surgery procedures can help a man look his age but with a younger, yet still natural, look.

Reverse sagging of eyebrows

With time, the skin on the forehead will loosen, sag, and form wrinkles. The eyebrows will drop and sag as well. A brow lift can restore the normal, youthful position of the eyebrows and smooth out lines and creases in the forehead. Eyebrows sit much lower on a man’s face than on a woman’s. Sagging eyebrows can be worse for a man because they can very easily obstruct vision.

Minimally-invasive procedure

Drooping eyelids can make a man look aged, angry, and tired. An endoscopic brow lift can successfully result in younger looking eyes. An endoscopic brow lift is a minimally invasive procedure which leaves little scarring. In the past, a full forehead lift would be performed to remedy this. This involves making an incision along the hairline to pull the skin back. This method may not work for males who are balding or have a receding hairline, this would only accentuate any hair loss. On the other hand, an endoscopic brow lift involves only three to five small incisions along the hairline. From here, the skin is loosened from the tissue and adjusted to raise the brows and remove lines and wrinkles. The natural hairline is maintained and only tiny scars remain.

Short recovery time

An endoscopic brow lift is a very effective, easily performed procedure. Recovery time is short and scarring is minimal. This procedure is much preferred to a full forehead or face lift which are much more invasive. These procedures have a long recovery time. Also, these procedures are often very noticeable due to the scarring which is left. A raised hairline is a sure sign of a forehead or face lift and is definitely not desired by men who may already be going through hair loss. An endoscopic brow lift is a great way to restore youth and confidence, all while leaving very little trace of the procedure. This is an excellent type of plastic surgery for men who want to maintain their appearance and age while still looking very natural.
